Xtreme Movers LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), in business since 2014, provides labor-only moving services—including professional loading, unloading, and furniture protection—while customers supply and operate their own rental trucks (U-Haul, Penske, Budget, box trucks, etc.). Moving heavy items carries inherent risks. By using our services, customers assume full responsibility for risks related to rented equipment and transportation.
3. Liability for Loss or Damage
We exercise professional care when handling your belongings. Unless otherwise stated in your signed service contract or bill of lading, our liability is limited to $0.60 per pound per article under standard released value protection. Optional full-value protection is available for an additional fee—details provided during booking. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, customer-packed items, items improperly prepared by the customer, hazardous materials, perishables, or valuables not declared in advance.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Renting, insuring, and safely operating an appropriate truck
- Providing accurate inventory, safe access to premises, and required permits/parking
- Declaring high-value or fragile items in advance
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in additional charges, delays, or refusal of service.
5. No Warranties
Services and website content are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xtreme Movers LLC from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of this notice, misuse of services, or violation of applicable law.
7. Governing Law
This notice and our services are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
